3-Day Wildlife Safari to Ruaha National Park

3-Day Wildlife Safari to Ruaha National Park

1 Day

Ruaha is one of the crown jewels of Tanzania’s Southern Circuit, often compared to the Serengeti for its sweeping horizons and abundant wildlife. Bordering the great Selous Game Reserve to the south, the two areas form a vast and unique ecosystem teeming with predators, elephants, and over 570 bird species.

A visit to Ruaha is not only about the wildlife but also the cultural encounters. The Maasai people, known for their striking red attire and sandals crafted from motorbike tyres, can be seen in surrounding areas. Meeting them offers a fascinating insight into the traditions of one of East Africa’s most iconic communities.
